Donald A. Winningham


Donald A. Winningham practices in the areas commercial and real estate litigation and appeals. Mr. Winningham received his B.A., cum laude, in History and American Studies from Kalamazoo College in 2001. While at Kalamazoo College, Mr. Winningham interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in Grand Rapids, earned his real estate license, was awarded the annual prize for excellence in history scholarship and received highest honors for his senior research project on Cold War history. He received his law degree from The University of Michigan Law School in 2004, focusing on trial practice and real estate law. During law school, he clerked for the United States Department of Justice in Detroit. Mr. Winningham practiced civil and commercial litigation for a prominent Ann Arbor law firm before joining McClelland and Anderson in 2009.
