Gail A. Anderson

GAIL A. ANDERSON received her undergraduate degree and law degree (cum laude) from the University of Illinois in 1985. Ms. Anderson represents developers, real estate brokers, title companies, and other businesses. She is a past chairperson of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar. Ms. Anderson has authored numerous articles in the Michigan Real Property Review and is a frequent lecturer on real property law matters for a number of organizations including the Real Property Law Section and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Gail Anderson’s practice includes:

• Representation of developers of residential, commercial, and multi-family developments, including purchase and sale transactions, title and survey issues, construction and end loans.
• Representation and advice to title insurers and their insured lenders and property owners on title, lien, priority, and other issues.
• Advice, planning assistance, and documentation for residential and commercial condominium projects and subdivisions.
• Representation and advice for real estate licensees in all areas, including licensing issues, contract matters, and agency issues.
• Organization and representation of business owners - partnerships, limited partnerships, corporations, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.
• Advice on the purchase and sale of businesses.
